Chay's Confirmation

A week ago, Chay received the sacraments of Holy Communion and Holy Confirmation.

Jamboree Weekend 2018

This weekend was the Mite and Termite jamborees, capping off another fun hockey season.

Here are some pictures starting with Jace & Jenner's team.

Jace, Jenner, Cade, Brayden and Cooper have played together all three years of Termites, which is a rarity. James has played with those boys the last two seasons. 

And Chay's team:

Last year, Chay played on a team where he only knew one person (see below). This year, he knew most of the team going in. 

Chay with his good friend Owen. Chay and Owen were on the same team last year, but played against each other for the final game this year. Chay and Owen will be reunited on the same team for Mite Madness this month.

Jace and Jenner's season is over. Chay will take a one-week break and then play Mite Madness for three weeks. MM is six practices and six games designed to assist with the transition to the Squirt level next year which is full ice and with the full rules including penalties and they keep score. 

It's always sad for me to see the hockey season end. Chay will do one camp this Summer then all three boys will do a six-week camp in the Fall which will lead up to the start of the next season. Soccer starts in about five weeks, weather permitting.
