Jace has become quite concerned with the welfare of others lately, which is good to see. Many times when he goes to get something, he'll get two and give one to Jenner.
One night at supper, we were all sitting at the table. Jace got out of his hi-chair and went over to the drawer containing the spoons and forks. He grabbed a fork and brought it over to me. I forgot what we were having that evening, but it was finger food...no utensils required. Jace then returned to the drawer and retrieved a fork for Latana. He repeated this for Chay. Once everyone had a fork, Jace returned to his chair.
The other night I was trying to put Jace to sleep. He was a bit restless and not ready for bed. Jace likes to lay on the floor when going to sleep. He often uses a pillow from the couch. He got up and retrieved a pillow from the couch for me to use. What a nice boy. He must not have liked this because he ran to the bedroom and retrieved a pillow from the bed for me to use instead of a couch pillow. A few minutes later, Jace took the pillow from me and returned it to the bedroom. He returned with one of my pillows as he realized the pillow he gave me belonged to Latana. A few minutes later, he grabbed the blankets draped over a chair and returned them to their rightful owner, Chay. Jace was making sure everyone was taken care of that evening.
