We hope that everyone had a good Labor Day weekend. We managed to stay active.
On Saturday, we went to the lake with most of Latana's family. It was hot out and the boys liked swimming. But their swimming time was cut short because a thunderstorm rolled through. It was the first time for rain since I posted this blog entry about building the deck in the rain. It didn't rain long enough for the parched land.
On Sunday, we joined the Espeliens at the lake where they were camping. Even though it was coolder out, Chay got his first ride on a tube being pulled behind a boat. And before sunset, we loaded all 3 boys in the boat and took them for a cruise around the lake.
On Monday, we stayed home, mowed the lawn and did some laundry. That evening, we took the boys to Space Aliens. The boys love it there. The food is good and after eating, they get to play games. They each came home with a frog, a car, and a plane.
