Chay has been a season ticket holder for UND hockey games at The Ralph since before he was born. He has been there many times as a fan attending the games. On President's Day, Chay got his first chance to be there as a player. One of his hockey coaches arranged a game against a local team there. I think the boys were nervous as they didn't play their best hockey of the season. But in the end, they all had a great time. Here is Chay at center ice, right on the logo.
After the game was over, hockey great Karl Goehring gave the boys a behind-the-scenes tour of the facilities. Here they all are in the locker room. Karl was gracious enough to let the twins tag along.
This was a great experience and one of the highlights to the season.
